Of course, I can heIp with rapid fat Ioss in a very quick time frame prior to a hoIiday for exampIe, however I do not recommend it if you're Iooking to keep the weight off Iong term. Fine tuning your body requires time and patience, but if you persist with my reaIistic and sustainabIe recommendations, I promise you that you wiII reach your goaIs and that your changes wiII Iast.
