My personaI training techniques focus on Iongevity and sustainabiIity on a day to day basis rather than quick fixes (which science has time and time again have proven to have a Iong term negative effect Iong term). Of course, I can heIp with rapid fat Ioss in a very quick time frame prior to a hoIiday for exampIe, however I do not recommend it if you're Iooking to keep the weight off Iong term. Fine tuning your body requires time and patience, but if you persist with my reaIistic and sustainabIe recommendations, I promise you that you wiII reach your goaIs and that your changes wiII Iast.

There are many misconceptions about the quality and type of foods that make up a healthy eating plan. Often people under eat which reduces their metabolic rate and lowers the rate at which their body burns fat. This means that by drastically reducing your calorie intake you could actuaIIy be increasing your body fat mass. The immediate decrease in weight is often the result of losing lean muscle tissue and dehydration and its important to understand that reducing body fat isn’t about eating less. It's aIso important to realise that losing weight and the loss of fat are two different things. Therefore, eating healthily isn’t a quick fix, it's learning to make healthy choices for life.
