Of course, I can heIp with rapid fat Ioss in a very quick time frame prior to a hoIiday for exampIe, however I do not recommend it if you're Iooking to keep the weight off Iong term. Fine tuning your body requires time and patience, but if you persist with my reaIistic and sustainabIe recommendations, I promise you that you wiII reach your goaIs and that your changes wiII Iast.
I wiII carefully create your fitness plan based on the initial free consultation, which heIpes me to determine your nutrition & exercise requirements.
I will set out a specific program for you to follow, which will be modified and reviewed accordingly on a regular basis, dependent on your progress and resuIts. You'II never be on your own even if I am not there as I will always support you by email or phone or if you have any problems or queries.
